The Shenandoah Blogger's Journey.

The journey that I have been on for the past several years has taken me to different places and has afforded me the opportunity to learn more about myself and the world of wildlife photography. For the past few years, this adventure has been one of personal improvement for myself and my wife.

The photography that I was taking hasn't changed as far as the genre goes, but learning the basics has been a whole different experience. But with that said, I will be honest with you and say that the whole website design was a huge uphill battle. But it was one that I eventually overcame with persistence and prayer.

Now that the website is up and running, I was able to work on the store and getting both the Prints and Provisions side up as well. Keeping up with the Blogs has been a fun bit of work, but I do enjoy it. The Devotional Corner posts, Faith Through The Lens, Faith Scripture Philosophy and the Members Only Blogs are both permanent and a series of posts as well.

Now that my blogs are going strong, I have been working on reminding myself that I have a voice that should be used to get my message out there. But it's the message that is the important part of the blogs, and I have started a more philosophical approach to blog writing. We can use the last one "The Pursuit of Simplicity" (https://www.shenandoahblogger.com/post/the-pursuit-of-simplicity ) as an example, where I used Jesus Christ, H.D. Thoreau & Epicueanism as three different views of pursuing simplicity. Not all views are the right philosophy, but you can carefully glean from each one, as long as we use Jesus Christ as the control or the example.

I am working on getting my website and photography out there more, and my hope is that it is a blessing to those that read it. The wildlife photographe is still in the wild, and he still has a heart for the Word as well.
